The mental disorder known as aboulomania, characterized by pathological indecisiveness, is not listed in the Diagnostic and Statistical Manual of Mental Disorders, Fifth Edition, Text Revision (DSM-5-TR), widely used health professionals to diagnose illnesses. However, it frequently observed alongside other disorders. Aboulomania linked neurotic thinking or "neurosis," which pertains a arising from previous anxiety. This case presentation on 40-year-old Caucasian male, with past psychiatric history post-traumatic stress (PTSD) moderate cannabis use disorder, no medical history, who was involuntarily admitted ward.
